Accommodations For Attendees with Disabilities
NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees. Children
Children less than 12 years old are not permitted on the Las Vegas Convention Center exhibit floor or at the aircraft display at Henderson Executive Airport under any circumstances. Children 12 years old and older are permitted in exhibit areas during exhibit hours with an NBAA-BACE badge. Children will not be permitted in exhibit areas during inst.
Coat & Bag Storage
Coat and bag storage is available on Press Day, Monday, Oct. 16 and show days, Tuesday, Oct. 17 to Thursday, Oct. 19 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center, for a nominal fee.
Dress
In keeping with the professional nature of the business aviation industry, dress for NBAA-BACE is business attire. This applies to all attendees and exhibitors, as well as to all personnel working on behalf of exhibitors in their booths.
First Aid
First Aid at the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Grand Concourse near C3 entrance. At the Henderson Executive Airport, first aid is available in the registration area.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found at the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Grand Concourse Lobby. Lost & Found at the aircraft display at Henderson Executive Airport is located in the registration area.
Parking
All parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center, including accessible parking, is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Las Vegas Convention Center charges a parking fee to all users of its parking areas at the prevailing rate on move-in, show and move-out days. The daily parking fee is $10 per space. Cash or credit cards are accepted. .
Pets
No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted in the exhibit halls or on the aircraft display at any time.
Photo Use Permission
Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any pur.
