The p90x program pushes the body to its limits and uses the muscle confusion for three weeks. After this three weeks of intense training the body will have a wee of recovery time. The recovery period is a time when the body’s muscles get to reach their peak strength again. This having been said, the recover period does not mean no activity.
You receive a set of 12 high-intensity DVD workouts, which will be done over the next 90 days (hence the name P90X ). Expect to work out 6-7 days a week for 1-1.5 hours per workout.
Along with your P90X order, you’ll need a place to do chin-ups and pull-ups and we think you’ll be interested in our Chin-up Bar called the Jungle Jam. The P90X program introduces a number of chest, back, arms, and shoulders exercises that utilize the chin-up bar, featuring six different grip positions.
