The button allows you to change to way the hearing aid operates for using in different situations, for example using in noisy situations or where there is a loop system.
On most aids, moving the volume control downwards will reduce the volume.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the hearing aid.
It must never be washed or immersed in water or other liquids.
The mold should be cleaned regularly.
Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the mold.
Now, restart your hearing aids.
To do this, if they are battery operated, open the battery compartment and close it again after a few seconds.
If it's rechargeable, press and hold the bottom button on the hearing aid to turn it off, and repeat the process to turn it on again.
With the remote control, you can adjust the volume of your hearing aids by using the volume control buttons.
You will hear a short confirmation in your hearing aids when you turn the volume up or down.
Press the volume up button to increase the volume of your hearing aid.
