Ultra is the latest version of Blackboard Ultra and provides a more modern and efficient user experience for staff and students. Moving to Ultra allows us to benefit from the new or enhanced features and functionality being released on a monthly basis for Ultra.
How do I switch to ultra on Blackboard?
In the upper right corner of your course, click the lock icon to close the course. Begin the preview from within your course by clicking the Experience the new Learn icon in the top-right corner of the page. Confirm that you want to try the Ultra Course View to begin the conversion process.
Is Blackboard Learn the same as Blackboard Ultra?
In Blackboard Ultra, the navigation menu is located at the top and is presented in a more modular form. In Blackboard Learn (Original), the navigation menu is on the left side. Inside of the course, you will find a layout containing content folders and items.
How do I get Blackboard Ultra?
After you've consulted with a Blackboard representative, you have the ability to enable the Ultra experience. From the Administrator Panel, select Configure under The Ultra Experience is here Switch to the Ultra experience. After you turn on the Ultra experience, you can't turn it off.
