The Teacher Professional Development Plan (TPDP) is one of four measures that can be incorporated in a teacher's summative evaluation with the Network for Educator Effectiveness.

Explore these stages of development that determine skills over the course of a professional teaching career.
A professional development programme is likely to involve many activities designed to sustain and embed practice, including, but not limited to: individual and collaborative teacher activity; well-designed formative assessment and evaluation; whole-school leadership; and expert input.
