Why do people from non-German speaking countries need a German language test?
There are several reasons why people from non-German speaking countries may be required to take a German language proficiency test. In most cases, foreign nationals need to pass a German language exam in order to move to Germany to join their spouse, to study or to work. Sometimes they have to pass an exam even before their arrival in Germany.
What is a German language test?
This test is designed to evaluate your German skills, whether you are experienced or just starting to learn the language. As well as giving you an initial idea of how well you can understand written and spoken German, the following questions will test your knowledge of German grammar and vocabulary.
Where can I take the German language proficiency exam?
Deutsches Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz Stufe II or DSD II (a German Language Certificate of the Education Ministers Conference Level B2/C1). How many correct answers in German grading test?
0 to 12 correct answers = level should be repeated. 13 to 18 correct answers = next level can be taken.
