What is included in a coroner's report?
Coroners Act 1995 Act No. 73 of 1995 Part 8 – Miscellaneous s. 69A 67 (a) must include details of deaths of persons held in custody and findings and recommendations made by coroners; and (b) may include any other matter that the Chief Magistrate considers appropriate.
