Getting Started
The template is organized in a Module structure, but you can rename the modules should you prefer to adopt a Weekly structure or organize the course material by Themes/Topics.
What is the Brightspace question library?
The Brightspace Question Library allows you to create an organized central repository that stores and archives questions within a course, allowing you to easily reuse them and import them into other courses. Learn how to grade assignments directly within the Grade Book in Brightspace.
How do I access Brightspace as a professor?
As a professor, you automatically have access to Brightspace and a demo space within the platform. You can log into the Virtual Campus (Brightspace) using your uoAccess credentials (Single Sign On credentials). Maestro is the professor portal where you will request the creation of your course in the Virtual Campus (Brightspace).
How do I insert a link text in Brightspace?
Step 1: In the Content Section of your course, once you have the HTML editor open, select the ‘ Insert Stuff ‘ icon: Step 5: Create the name of the PDF that you would like to appear in Brightspace, then select ‘ Insert ‘ Step 6: Once you see your Link Text name in the HTML text field, select the ‘ Source Code ‘ icon.
