Why is there a fuel surcharge on Canada Post?
Canada Post has been tacking on fuel surcharges for nearly 20 years as “a standard industry practice,” due to the fluctuation of fuel prices and their changing impact on operational costs, Canada Post spokesperson Phil Rogers told the Star.
