2.1 General 1. This section lays down the standards for geometric design and general features for four-lane divided carriageway. 2. 2.1. In built-up areas, 4-lane divided carriageway along with service roads with and without footpaths shall be provided as part of 4-laning of the Project Highway. Such stretches where the requirement of footpath is dispensed with and only 4-laning with or without service road is to be provided will be as indicated in Schedule ‘B’ of the Concession Agreement. 2.2.
