This usually means that the common. cfg or nagios. cfg on the remote server doesn't contain the command definitions to run the checks.How to run Nagios command?
Adding Services
To manually add a new service, select the Services link located under Monitoring on the left menu of CCM.
This will bring up the service Management page, which displays a list of the current services being monitored by Nagios XI.
Click the Add New button to manually add a new service.
