Est-ce que le Maroc a une constitution ?
La Constitution marocaine de 2011, en arabe : الدستور المغربي, en tamazight : ⵜⵎⴻⵏⴷⴰⵡⵜ ⵜⴰⵎⴻⵖⵔⵉⴱⵉⵢⵜ ; est l'actuelle norme juridique suprême du Royaume marocain.
C'est aussi la sixième constitution marocaine, les précédentes datant de 1962, 1970, 1972, 1992 et 1996.Qui fait la constitution de 2011 au Maroc ?
Le projet de Constitution est adopté par référendum le 1er juillet 2011.
Le texte est publié en français au Bulletin officiel du Royaume du Maroc, Édition de traduction officielle, le 17 juin 2011, n° 5952 bis, p. 1765 à 1794.L'initiative de la révision de la Constitution appartient au Roi, à la Chambre des représentants et à la Chambre des conseillers.
Le Roi peut soumettre directement au référendum le projet de révision dont il prend l'initiative.

The Houses of Parliament may adopt resolutions according to the conditions determined by the Institutional Act. Any draft resolution, whose adoption or rejection would be considered by the Government as an issue of confidence, or which contained an injunction to the Government, shall be inadmissible and may not be included on the agenda. elysee.fr

A declaration of war shall be authorized by Parliament. The Government shall inform Parliament of its decision to have the armed forces intervene abroad, at the latest three days after the beginning of said intervention.
