How do you describe a concussion in writing?
The most common symptom people have with concussions is headaches, which usually go away within a few months (usually less).
Your character may also have irritability, difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping, and blurred vision.
If they have any confusion, it should go away within 24 hours.Make sure you are keeping yourself positioned as close to neutral as possible.
This means keeping your head aligned with your spine, regardless if you're lying on your side or on your back.
If you're lying on your side, you may need to use two pillows to keep your head elevated to the correct height.
What is the slogan for concussions?
What should parents and coaches do if they suspect an athlete has had a concussion? The athlete must come out of the game. “When in doubt, sit them out” is a common slogan used to manage the concussed athlete.
