How do you find the coordinates of a pixel?
In terms of coordinates, a pixel can be identified by a pair of integers giving the column number and the row number.
For example, the pixel with coordinates (3,5) would lie in column number 3 and row number 5.
Conventionally, columns are numbered from left to right, starting with zero.The world coordinate system is a continuous spatial coordinate system that specifies the location in an image independently of the pixel indices of the image.

What is WCS and UCS in pixels?
World Coordinate System (WCS) and User Coordinate System (UCS) which define the angle of the XY plane you are working in.
The WCS should always be used to reference geometry to ensure everything aligns to the centre of a file in real-world location.
The UCS can be used to orientate the screen to a site.
