How to Claim and View Your AHA eCard
Claim your eCard via eCards Site: Visit the eCards Search page On the “Student” tab enter your First Name Last Name and Email (ensure this is the email address that was used to sign up for the course) OR enter your eCard Code at the bottom of the page (ask your Training Center for this code) Click “Search ” |
How do I know if my training center eCard has been claimed?
If you know you have already claimed your card from your Training Center, view your claimed eCard. Your Training Center printed a physical card, or told you to expect your card by mail. Can't remember your Training Center's information? Refer to the following tips .
How do I request a new ecard?
Before reaching out to your Training Center to request a new card, first try to run a few searches in your email inbox to make sure you didn’t overlook the email with the link to access your eCard. Search and make sure you don't have any emails from: No-eccreply@heart.org or eCards@heart.org
