  • What does the Curves workout consist of?

    Curves 30-minute Workout combines Strength Training with Cardio and Stretching to develop lean muscle, raise metabolism, burn fat and tone-up.
    There is a coach at every workout to help you get fit, gain strength, and achieve your ideal weight.

  • The World Health Organization recommends 150 minutes of exercise per week.
    To achieve this, working out at Curves would be three to four 30-minute sessions, plus one or two 30-minute walks per week.

  • Which exercise is best for Curves?

    Once your cardio exercise burns off excess fat, these exercises will provide hourglass curves.

    Do squats to target your glutes and thighs. Try step ups to improve your glutes, hips, and thighs. Do planks. Do Serratus pushups. Target your outer thighs with clam shells.

  • The Curves programme includes all five components of a complete workout – warm-up, strength training, cardiovascular training, cool-down and stretching – just in 30 minutes. You change stations every 30 seconds, allowing you to recover and work out different muscle groups.
