What are the SMPI regulations?
SMPI regulations require that schemes must provide an illustration using certain assumptions, including that the member: will take an annually increased annuity; and • normally6 take a dependents pension of 50% of the member's pension.18 fév. 2013
Can I withdraw my pension?
You can take your whole pension pot as cash straight away if you want to, no matter what size it is.
You can also take smaller sums as cash whenever you need to. 25% of your total pension pot will be tax-free.
