    Achieving a fit body requires consistent effort, time, and a combination of various factors, including diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

  • There's only so much one can safely do in 3 days to slim down, but you can take off a little bit of extra weight and girth in a short period of time by following a fad diet or taking measures to cut down on water weight and bloating.

  • Does 30 days fitness challenge work?

    However, a 30-day challenge may not get you the results you're aiming for.
