How to get ripped in 15 days?
To get ripped fast, do strength training exercises that target your different muscle groups 3-4 times a week.
For example, you can do weightlifting exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
If you don't have access to weights, you can do exercises like push-ups and crunches at home.Can I get ripped in 2 months?
While the process of getting ripped can take a long time depending on how you workout and what your diet looks like, intense training can certainly produce results in around 2 months.
During this time you can expect to see weight loss or gain (depending on your goals) and a basic change in your figure.Exercising regularly in the short term will get you fit faster than prolonged periods of cardio training. 30 minutes of resistance training three times a week has been shown to be equivalent to swimming for 3 hours each week However, resistance exercise is not for everyone as it can sometimes cause pain and bruising.
