2 tier vs 3 tier architecture
What is meant by 2 tier and 3 tier?
In AC 3 tier coach, berths are laid up to 3 tiers i.e. lower berth, middle berth and upper berth.
Apart from it side lower and side upper berths are also present.
It resembles seat structure of sleeper class only has additional AC facility.
In AC 2 tier coach, berths are laid up to 2 tiers i.e. middle berth is absent. What is the difference between 1 tier 2 tier and 3 tier architecture?
The two-tier DB architecture is a client-server architecture.
The three-tier DB architecture is a type of web-based application.
It contains mainly two layers- the Data Tier (Database Tier), and the Client Tier.
It mainly contains three layers- the Data Layer, the Business Layer, and the Client Layer. What is the difference between 2 tier and N tier architecture?
The second tier is responsible for providing the availability, scalability, and performance characteristics for the organization's web environment.
In an n -tier architecture, application objects are distributed across multiple logical tiers, typically three or four.A two-tier architecture is a software architecture in which a presentation layer or interface runs on a client, and a data layer or data structure gets stored on a server.
Separating these two components into different locations represents a two-tier architecture, as opposed to a single-tier architecture.19 juil. 2013
