Where is the Hyundai Venga made?
The Venga is built at Hyundai’s European plant at in the Czech Republic, alongside its Hyundai sister cars. Kia’s mini-MPV, which is only available in five-door hatchback format, has recently received a mid-life refresh in a similar way to the latest Picanto city car.
Can a Kia Venga carry luggage?
The Kia Venga is pretty good at carrying luggage as well as passengers. There’s space for a few suitcases in the boot and you can fold the back seats down to carry very large luggage. A Renault Captur is slightly roomier, though. Unlike these cars, you can’t get the Kia Venga with a diesel engine – your only option is a 1.6-litre petrol with 123hp.
When did the Kia Venga come out?
Kia released a facelifted Venga in early 2015, with a larger front grille, revised bumper fascia, and a new six-speed automatic transmission replacing the previous four-speed one. Production of the Venga ended in early 2019, without a successor.
