What is the ideal CrossFit Schedule? The CrossFit workout template suggests you work out five times per week following a schedule of training for three days and then taking a day off.
When you've been training for some time (about 3-6 months), you'll start to see some incredible results from following this schedule.Is 20 minutes of CrossFit enough?
So yes, according to both medical guidelines and research (which we'll get into below), 20 minutes of exercise per day is enough—as long as that exercise is at least moderate in intensity.

When you are fairly new to CrossFit®, you can improve at a pretty quick rate.If you want to lose weight, doing CrossFit a minimum of three times per week can help you achieve your goal.
However, it's important to note that class frequency is just one part of the equation when it comes to losing weight.
