life coaching wheel
How do you use a coaching Wheel?
To use the coaching wheel, an individual should start by identifying the different areas of their life that are important to their overall well-being.
They should then rate each area on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. The wheel is usually made up of 8 categories or areas that are important for a whole or balanced life.
Clients rate their level of satisfaction with each area, then map this onto an image of a wheel.
This gives people an immediate overview of their current "life balance".15 jan. 2024
