What is Hadoop API in Java?
This is a specification of the Hadoop FileSystem APIs, which models the contents of a filesystem as a set of paths that are either directories, symbolic links, or files.
What is HDFS file system API?
The Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) is the primary data storage system used by Hadoop applications.
HDFS employs a NameNode and DataNode architecture to implement a distributed file system that provides high-performance access to data across highly scalable Hadoop clusters.Hadoop is an open source framework based on Java that manages the storage and processing of large amounts of data for applications.
Hadoop uses distributed storage and parallel processing to handle big data and analytics jobs, breaking workloads down into smaller workloads that can be run at the same time.
