Which are the working hours?
The traditional American business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, representing a workweek of five eight-hour days comprising 40 hours in total.
I would normally use "working hours", but maybe 'work-hours' or 'work hours', at different times, different circumstances.
Usually with a hyphen. "My working hours are from 7am to 7pm." "I work twelve hours a day."
