How do health and safety policies work?
The policies meet all legal requirements to work in a healthy and safety environment according to legislation such as the Health and Safety Act 1974. Also, we have a reporting procedure in our organisation, where if we feel there any health or safety issues, we have a clear reporting strategy.

In the care sector there are regulators who inspect and asses the quality of a safe working practice. Care Quality Commission (CQC) have the power to shutdown organisations where they necessary believe that they are not following health safety risk management in the work site.
