Does Thailand accept a back-to-back form D for Consolidated shipments from ASEAN countries?
Since 1 May 2022, Thai Customs has started to accept a Back-to-Back Form D for consolidated shipments from ASEAN countries. A Back-to-Back Form D is usually obtained by companies for export of goods to an ATIGA country with duty privileges, after previously importing the same shipment from another ATIGA country under Form D.
How can Atiga E-form d be transmitted to the importing country?
After locating the approved Form D, the exporter or the authorised Declaring Agent can proceed to make adjustments and trigger the transmission of the ATIGA e-Form D to the importing country via the ASW. Detailed steps to perform the electronic transmission can be found in this handbook.
How do I access Atiga E-form D?
Once the Form D is approved, the applicant must access the approved Form D via a log in to www.ntp.gov.sg >Government Services > International Connectivity > ATIGA e-Form D. At the ATIGA Form D (SG to AMS) Enquiry screen, select “Importing Country / Region” and input the approved Form D reference number to locate it.
Which countries are implementing e-Atiga form D?
The Participating Countries are implementing e-ATIGA Form D beginning this year in an effort to bring the ASEAN region closer to achieving the ASEAN Single Window ( ASW ). They have all made official announcements regarding the implementation, which will cover exports between Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
