The goods originate from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam; and The e-ATIGA Form D from the ASEAN Member States has been successfully received. You may refer to Electronic Exchange of Form D via the ASEAN Single Window for more information.
Can Atiga E-form d be transmitted from Singapore to Vietnam?
Vietnam. Under the live operation of the ASW, a Form D which is issued under ATIGA and is electronically transmitted (therein called ATIGA e-Form D) from Singapore to any of the above-mentioned AMS for an import will also enjoy preferential tariff treatment. No other Certificates of Origin can currently be transmitted via the ASW.
How do I get a copy of ATIGA form D?
A copy of the registration form can be requested via e-mail at customs_roo@customs.gov.sg. There would be an additional step in the system to authorise and trigger the transmission of the e-ATIGA Form D through the ASW. Traders who are already pre-registered will be provided with further information by Singapore Customs.
