It would be completed in 1870 as a set of sixty lithographs by Bargue after renowned old and modern masters. The third part, Charcoal Exercises in Preparation for Drawing the Male Academic Nude (Exercices au fusain pour préparer a l’étude de l’académie d’aprés nature), contained sixty plates and was completed in 1873.
