  • Are 4 exercises enough for abs?

    I would suggest doing at least 2-4 different exercises, 3 sets of 12-15 reps, 2-3 times a week.
    Some good ab exercises include: ball crunches, reverse ball crunches. oblique rotations, jack knives, hanging leg raise (1 and both legs) and planks.

  7. Leaning Knee Drives To Left for 25 reps.
