What does EPLAW stand for?
PATENT LAWYERS IN EUROPE The European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW) was founded in 2001 as a non-profit making association of experienced patent litigation lawyers in the European Community with the aim of promoting the equitable and efficacious handling of patent disputes across Europe.
Why should you attend the European patent law Congress in Brussels?
But for those who manage to escape to attend the annual congress in Brussels are treated to an engaging debate on the latest issues and developments in European patent law.
