How do I submit an electronic claim to bcbsaz?
Submit all electronic claims directly to BCBSAZ using EDI# 53589. For CHS pricing status and inquiries, call the BCBSAZ CHS Claims Unit at (602) 864- 4885 or (800) 232-2345, ext. 4885. Where can I find the bcbsaz pharmacy coverage guidelines?
For members with out-of-area BlueCard ® plans, you can use the router tool to access the member’s BCBS Plan website.
