What is the 15 day weight loss challenge?
To achieve results in 15 days, focus on creating a calorie deficit through a combination of healthy eating and increased physical activity.
You can try having a balanced diet that includes wholesome fruits, vegetables, etc.
Avoid eating sugary drinks, processed foods, and high-calorie snacks.A successful weight loss diet plan consists 80% diet and 20% exercise.
As you are aiming for weight loss in 15 days you need to focus on full body exercises rather than focusing on any single body part. 45 to 60 minutes cardio session daily is enough to facilitate your 15 days weight loss diet plan.
