What is the difference between the Smart Points Calculator and the Weight Watchers calculator?
Those following the Weight Watchers plan, will need to record their daily points to successfully lose weight. The Smart Points Calculator is the older version of the Weight Watchers calculator and can help you to start tracking today! When you need to work out how many points a certain food has, you can use your Weight Watchers Points Calculator.
How do I use the Weight Watchers points calculator?
Input the required nutritional information in the calculator to the left. Then click "calculate" to find out the total SmartPoints value for that food item. Use the reset button to clear all fields. You can also just input the next item's nutrition information and click calculate again.
What are some common foods and their Weight Watchers points values?
This system still uses the same calculation system, but includes over 200 new zero points foods, mostly lean proteins, such as eggs, most seafoods, tofu, skinless chicken breast, and many more. The new system also allows the rollover of 4 unused points per day into a person's weekly points allotment.
How many Weight Watchers points can you have in a day?
Weight watchers are allowed 30 points per day as well as varying points based on height, weight, and gender. The activity level is also included in the old weight watchers points calculator for varying point assessments per day.
