While there is insufficient evidence to draw the same conclusion for all cancer types, there are enough benefits of physical activity, in general, that we recommend that survivors of all cancers follow the general public health recommendations for physical activity: 2 and 1/2 to 5 hours per week of moderate-intensity 12 nov. 2019
