Eco sensitive Zone:

Chandigarh Administration has constituted a Committee to determine the extent of Eco-Sensitive Zone to be declared around the Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary and the recommendations of the Committee shall be applicable accordingly. The following activates/services shall be allowed in the residential premises, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions as described below:- General norms of Residential Minimum size of habitable rooms:- The parameters regarding size of habitable rooms shall be as follows: Note: Subject to the fulfilment of norms of Chandigarh Administration

2. COMMERCIAL:-
