How do you find the volume of a solution?
Step 3: To find the volume of the solution, divide the mass of the solute by the mass concentration of the solution. volume of solution = mass of solute concentration of solution = 12 g 0.25 g / L = 48 L 48 L of potassium chloride solution gives 0.25g/L concentration with the solute of 12 g of potassium chloride.

How to do chemistry calculations?
Step 1: Find the moles of each element using the equation moles = mass / Mr.
Step 2: divide each of the moles by the smallest number calculated.
Here, the smallest number of moles is that of oxygen, with 0.025.
Step 3: write out the empirical formula using the ratio calculated.
How do you find moles?
