  • How do I make a low pass filter in Multisim?

    Select Tools>>Circuit Wizards>>Filter Wizard.
    Select the desired filter type from the Type drop-down list.
    Choices are low pass, high pass, band pass or band reject.

  • How to simulate low pass filter?

    The most basic type of low pass filter circuit is an RC circuit with the capacitor connected across the input terminals of a receiver circuit.
    In this way, the capacitor shunts high frequencies to ground, while low frequencies down to DC can pass into the receiver.

  • Applications of Active Low Pass Filters are in audio amplifiers, equalizers or speaker systems to direct the lower frequency bass signals to the larger bass speakers or to reduce any high frequency noise or “hiss” type distortion.
