  • Do you do the 30 day shred everyday?

    Push through - they're very short workouts, the end is quickly in sight unlike a 60 minute class or a full DVD workout.
    I'd aim for 5 to 6 times a week (with 1 or 2 rest days).
    Allowing 10 days per level, it will take over a month to complete it.
    It is well worth it though.

  • Does ripped in 30 really work?

    You will NOT regret it *PS* - I have now lost 30+ lbs. using various Jillian Michaels workouts, 6 of those being lost after I started Ripped in 30, which I got just over a week ago I am also much stronger, much more flexible, and no longer have pain from a wrist injury I sustained a couple of years ago.

  • The exercises get a bit harder as you progress in the workout but you get warmed up and used to them.
    There are three levels of workouts: levels one, two and three.
    Level one is the easiest but isn't considered "easy" by any means.

In general, a person weighing around 150 pounds (68 kg), who is of average fitness, can expect to burn 200–300 calories per workout on the 30 Day Shred. This equals about 2.5 pounds (1.1 kg) lost per month from exercise alone ( 6 ).
