C'est quoi une marque de cosmétique ?
Il s'agit de toute personne physique ou morale qui fabrique ou fait concevoir ou fabriquer un produit cosmétique et commercialise ce produit sous son nom ou sa marque.
Les cosmétiques sont classés en quatre grandes familles : les produits capillaires, les produits d'hygiène et de soins, les produits « d'embellissement » ou maquillage et la parfumerie alcoolique.
