If your case of COVID is more severe, work with your healthcare provider before returning to exercise.
They may recommend further assessment of your heart or lungs.Can I go to the gym if I've got COVID?
If you test positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms, you might want to skip the gym for a few days to give your body the rest it needs.
Even if you don't feel sick, testing positive for the virus means you could spread it to others if you're out in public.Must be at least 18 years of age with valid photo ID or 14-17 years of age and accompanied by parent/legal guardian while in XSport Fitness.
Local residents only.
Must reside within 25 miles of gym to be eligible for guest pass.

Are gyms safe with COVID?
Gyms can be especially risky spaces during a pandemic because people breathe more heavily when they're exerting themselves, expelling respiratory particles at a greater range.
