  • Is CrossFit okay for kids?

    CrossFit is safe for growing kids because the movements the program uses involve patterns that humans perform instinctively such as jumping, bounding, and hanging above the ground like a monkey.
    They are movements that children already do on their own impromptu.

  • What is the ideal CrossFit Schedule? The CrossFit workout template suggests you work out five times per week following a schedule of training for three days and then taking a day off.
    When you've been training for some time (about 3-6 months), you'll start to see some incredible results from following this schedule.

CrossFit Kids is for kids ages 3-18. The program breaks age groups into four categories: preschool (ages 3-5), kids (5-12), preteens (10-12), and teens (12-18). Programming for each group is tailored to and delivered in an age-appropriate manner that serves to achieve different goals.
