What is a Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr alloy?
In this work, A Cu–Ni–Si–Co–Cr alloy was designed based on traditional Cu–Ni–Si alloy, with an aim to develop new copper alloy with high mechanical and electrical properties. Cr and Co were added to substitute part of Ni, expecting to increase the electrical conductivity but still maintain high strength of the alloy.
