What is Ardex p 4 TM?
ARDEX Americas’ commitment to innovation continues with the introduction of ARDEX P 4 ™ Pre-Mixed, Rapid-Drying, Multipurpose Primer. ARDEX P 4 is specifically formulated for use prior to the installation of ARDEX Tile & Stone mortars and most ARDEX self-leveling underlayments.
How do I install Ardex self-leveling underlayment?
Apply a thin, even layer to the substrate using a short-nap roller, sponge paint roller or paintbrush. Allow the primer to dry to a thin, opaque white film (min. 30 - 60 minutes; 70°F / 21°C). Once dry, there is no time limit before the tile or ARDEX self-leveling underlayment installation may proceed.
How do I use Ardex P51?
Ardex P51 is a multi-purpose primer, ideal for priming porous surfaces prior to the application of Ardex water-based levelling and smoothing compounds. Shake the container well before use and dilute when required by putting the ARDEX P51 into a clean container and mix with the required quantity of water as specified in the selected mixing ratio.
