What if my child's TCC enrollment terminates?
When your child's TCC enrollment terminates, he or she may obtain assistance from your health plan for enrollment in a guaranteed issue non-group contract available in the health plan’s service area. You or your child should contact your health plan directly for assistance within 30 days after his/her coverage as a family member terminated.
How long does a child have to sign up for TCC?
You have 60 days from the 26th birthday to notify your Human Resources Office your child turned 26. Your child has 60 days from the later of (1) the 26th birthday, or (2) the date of the TCC notice from the Human Resources Office to request enrollment for TCC.
