What is a certificate of origin (Co) in the Philippines?
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI) is authorized by the Philippine Government to issue Certificate of Origins (CO). The CO is a basic requirement in customs clearance or trade documentation for goods of origin exported by local registered companies.
Who can issue the Certificate of origin?
After verification, the Certificate of Origin may be issued by the Bureau, or by the concerned special economic and/or freeport zone authority subject to the concurrence of the Bureau.
