How do I obtain a copy of a UCC document?
To obtain searches and/or copies of Uniform Commercial Code records on file with the Secretary of State's office. UCC documents filed with the Department of State are public records that are subject to disclosure under the Uniform Commercial Code. The Department provides copies of UCC documents upon request and payment of the applicable fee.
