What courts are in Nova Scotia?
The Court of Appeal and the Bankruptcy Court both serve all of Nova Scotia. The Bankruptcy Court sits regularly at the Law Courts in Halifax and elsewhere in the province, as required. The Law Courts is also the primary location for the Court of Appeal and where the Supreme Court and Probate Court hear matters for the Halifax region.
How do I get a lawyer in Nova Scotia?
