How long can a workers comp claim stay open in SC?

If a worker waits past 90 days to report the injury to the employer, the claim will be barred, and there's little anyone can do about it unless an exception applies.
This time limit is called the statute of limitations. In most cases, the statute of limitations is two years from the date the incident occurred. There are exceptions to this. What does this mean for you?
