WHAT YOU'LL STUDY

This suite of postgraduate programs in

Forensic Science is designed for students

who need advanced-level knowledge across a range of forensic disciplines including crime scene investigation, fingerprint detection and identification, forensic chemistry, forensic biology, forensic toxicology, illicit drug analysis, and forensic medicine. Units are delivered online in collaboration with the University of Florida and the University of Canberra. The fully- online nature of the units and the flexibility available with unit selection means that the course can be adapted to suit applicants working or intending to work in areas that include forensic science laboratories, toxicology and pathology laboratories, drug assessment agencies, customs and border protection, law enforcement, and areas related to national security.CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates from this degree will have a critical

understanding and specialised knowledge of the investigative and analytical concepts as they apply to specific areas of forensic science. They will be able to apply this knowledge to the collection, processing and analysis of evidence associated with these specific areas.
